The New Operational Center is a pioneering project and a milestone in the history of Morro do Chapéu. The new center’s infrastructure provides greater convenience and a marked improvement in the operation and management of the Club’s activities.
Created by member Marcio Sollero, the center comprises an area of 1,203.89m² divided into two floors. On the first floor, we have the mechanical workshop and the equipment and vehicle garage. The second floor comprises the entire operational area for the community.
The Operational Center houses the human resources, construction works, maintenance, and inventory departments in a structured complex, providing the employees with greater comfort because it centralizes their activities. In addition to new locker rooms, a restaurant, and training room, the building is designed to improve the quality of life of all its users.
Its strategic location prevents an endless stream of partners and service providers from traipsing through the community and the centralization of services creates greater synergy between maintenance and support activities.
When all is said and done, the new Operational Center was developed to create an environment that’s fully adapted to the community’s needs while ensuring the employees’ health and comfort.
